Ordering: You may
place an order by
email, phone (1-623-628-9033), or
postal mail. If
faxing or mailing your order, please print out and fill in the requested
information on our
order form. We will then send a phone or email confirmation when the
order is received. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for confirmation,
although under most circumstances we respond much sooner. If for some
reason we do not get back to you, please contact us again by phone or
email.
Payment: We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, and Money Orders.
Personal checks require 10 days to clear. All prices listed are in U.S.
Dollars and do not include the cost of shipping. Foreign orders may be
subject to additional cost from currency conversion and higher shipping
rates.
Shipping: Our usual shipping
method is by U.S. Postal Service or FedEx, depending on the order. Under
special circumstances we can provide faster shipping methods, but shipping
costs increase substantially.
Returns: We do our best to help ensure that the parts you order are
the parts you need. However, we cannot be held responsible if you order
the wrong parts. We cannot accept any returned orders without prior
approval. We also must charge in advance a 20% restocking fee on any parts
that weren't defective as received or which were shipped in error. All
sales are non-refundable after 30 days.
Core Returns: core
refund will be given on cores returned within 30 days only. If you want
your core refund, you core must be returned in less than 30 days
